Each year, Congregation Tifereth Israel creates a new Yizkor Book of Remembrance that automatically lists the names of all those remembered by our congregation throughout the year.

In addition to these listings, we offer space for dedications at the beginning of the book in exchange for a donation. To make a dedication for your loved one(s) in the 5786 Yizkor Book, please complete the form below. Dedications are due Wednesday, September 10. For reference, you can view last year's book here.

This year you may also submit a memory of a loved one or loved ones, in 120 characters or less, to be displayed on our information screen in the atrium. Congregation Tifereth Israel reserves the right to edit the memory for clarity or length.

Please note that we have updated formats and pricing for our dedications this year to accommodate our printing needs:

• 1/8 page (6 names maximum) | $54
• 1/4 page (10 names maximum) | $72
• 1/2 page (15 names maximum) | $180
• Full page (no limitation) | $360
